If I could submit this with a ZERO rating I would. By far, this was the most disgusting chicken I have ever seen. I ordered a make your own salad with cajun chicken and it was gray and rancid. It was so blatantly spoiled that I cannot believe that any restaurant would find it acceptable to serve food of this nature. I also ordered buffalo wings and they were cold, fatty, and had no buffalo sauce on them at all. That happens sometimes with wings, but the grilled chicken was in serious violation of health codes. The only positive is that Seamless handled the complaint beautifully. I just sent care@seamless.com a picture of the food, and they refunded my order and issued me a credit toward my next order immediately. Please, for your own safety, do not eat at Seattle Cafe

I ordered a chai, egg and cheese on a roll, and a cheese danish. They called and said they didn't have any cheese danishes, so I said I'd take some cinnamon raisin thing the lady mentioned. When it got here, they had given me a vanilla latte, the egg sandwich, two croissants, and a piece of marble pound cake. What the...? Then I tried calling them six different times. Each time, the phone numbers (the one on the website and the one they called me from) led me to lines that either hung up within two rings or, after someone picked up, hung up. I'm trying to give them the benefit of the doubt that they didn't mean to hang up on me, but come on, guys. Also, the egg sandwich was cold.

Their breakfast menu has great options, excellent price, great food, and quick delivery! Sad it ends at 11am though now.

Great food. Very healthy. Big portions. Great price.

Cheap and fast, can't go wrong. Omelets are basic diner quality. Home-fries leave something to be desired.

Cheap and delicious!

Mediocre diner food. I ordered pancakes, eggs, bacon, and iced coffee. The only standout was the iced coffee. Bacon didn't taste as flavorful as usual and the eggs were over cooked. Too many other good diners in the neighborhood to order from this place again.

Seattle Cafe is Bush League at best... garbage food (except for the yogurt parfait), and even worse delivery times. Only order for breakfast

Awful. Took 2 hours for delivery. Food was freezing cold. mozzarella sticks tasted like old fish

food is fair the service is abhorrent. first orders get lost and need to re-order! delivery can run > one hour. Actually got a phone call because I noted the poor delivery on the comments and they were beligerent that they are far away!! If you cannot service the area, do not offer your services!! Of course, food is cold and orders inconsistently filled

I can't complain about the food it's quite tasty. What does need to be called out is that their ability to adhere to their promised delivery times has been virtually non-existent over my last three orders. I have had waiting times that have varied between 70 minutes to over 90. The part the really upsets meet about this is their complete inability to communicate this to their customers. On my most recent (AND LAST) order to them, I was told the usual we're very sorry, we're very busy, he'll be there in a few minutes - and then the delivery person arrived at my front door almost a half hour later. All I can say is buyer beware. Either they've outgrown their ability to keep up with business or ownership there needs to rethink their delivery practices.

everything is great! (although the steamed veggies need to be steamed a little longer. but i tend not to mind so much...)

Fantastic little cafe. Food arrives quickly and is delicious. My order is always correct. If they are out of something they call me immediately to solve the issue. Always a very pleasant delivery man!

Great place to eat when they have the right staff there, which is most of the time.

Food is great here but they need to put regular french fries on the menu not everyone likes seasoned curly fries

i wish i could give this place a 0 star - terrible and rude service for less mediocre at best food.

Terrible. You get what you pay for at this place! I saw low prices and jumped happily. Well, silly me. The tuna salad sandwich was so dry and had no mayonnaise - is the government rationing condiments now, or what's the excuse? I turned to the grilled cheese hoping to salvage this meal, but they must have used some form of lubricated plastic, because the cheese arrived very oily, yet very hard. What in the world? Then they had the nerve to throw in a bag of Lays after getting the type of bread I requested wrong in *both* orders, taking 50 minutes to arrive, and producing disgusting food. Spare me the chips and focus on doing a half-way decent job. I am pissed, hungry, out of the cash I spent, and responsible for disposing of this foolishness passed off as food. Worst of all worlds.

Called after an hour of ordering online and they said that my food was still there and hadn't gone out yet. Bad service.

My food arrived cold and it was completely inedible. It also took 2 hours to arrive which is completely unacceptable.

Food came cold and all mixed up in the box. Also took a very long time to arrive (probably why it was cold!). fruit salad was not fresh .

They were open on Thanksgivng which is a plus. Their "platter" option comes with a lot of food, it came with curly fries and a drink for only a little bit more. The amount of food will def fill you up. I would order the Philly Cheesesteak again, I thought it was great for the price.

I have only ordered from here a couple times, but have had no problems. The burgers and fries are delicious, and my food arrived within 20 minutes both times.

the food here is SO NASTY! i ordered stir fry and the steak had the consistency of cow tongue, and the rice was mexican rice with cilantro in it. the sauce was supposed to be their generic stir fry sauce but it must have just been generic fish oil mixed with about a pound of salt, and the vegetables were completely devoid of color, flavor, and texture. i tried again with the rare roast beef sandwich. the roast beef wasn't rare, instead it was so well done that it was some weird shade of purplish-brown and completely flavorless. the horseradish sauce didn't taste like horseradish and looked mysteriously like plain old mayonnaise. and the sandwich had maybe 4 slices of meat on it, if that. do not waste your money.

Delivery was horrible. The delivery man made me go down and get my food after buzzing him in 10 times, when I went down i saw that he was in the door just didn't want to walk up the steps. Then he spoke no english at all and didn't have a pen for me to sign with...it was a long and frustrating process. Even though the food is good, Ill never order from there again.

The smoothies were good but our directions weren't followed with the salads and our discount was not applied so when the delivery guy showed up with a price $5 higher than what our online invoice said he had no idea what we were talking about and refused to offer any solution. We probably won't try it again.

They are completely incapable of delivering food in a timely fashion... so when the food comes it's cold. Absolutely avoid Seattle Cafe

Really solid food, especially for the price. The panini and smoothies are particularly good...definitely quality ingredients. My lunch spot of choice

They forgot a part of my order, then, when I called, I was told it was my fault. The person on the phone yelled, cursed, told me it was "too bad" then hung up on me. I could not believe it. When did this become okay?
Posted 3 years ago by Jennifer C.
They were over 30 minutes late from estimate, and the food was just mildly edible. My husband elected to ditch his sandwich and eat instant ramen instead. Never again.
